Catalivo was founded, following years of working with executives and entrepreneurs across the UK, Europe, the Gulf, and Asia. The same pattern kept appearing: organisations that struggled in new or unfamiliar markets rarely lacked capability. They lacked context, credibility, and the right connections at the right moment. They moved on incomplete information, met the wrong people first, and spent years — sometimes never — recovering from it.
